According to a survey conducted among 1,175 respondents nationwide by Genesis Property, one of Romania’s leading office building owners, 77% of employees use AI-powered tools daily or occasionally at work. Furthermore, 88% of respondents believe their office should have more automation tools to simplify their tasks, and 70% are eager to develop new skills in AI and automation systems. Most respondents (68%) believe that new AI-powered tools can help build communities around workspaces. Regarding the measures companies should take to support this process, 52.2% think employees need more flexibility, 45.3% want better workplace amenities, and 38.5% believe that improved access to cultural and social events would help strengthen the community.
