The Genesis Property team is honored to announce that our project, the YUNITY Park Building F campus, has been nominated for the prestigious BREEAM Lifecycle Award at the BREEAM Awards 2025.

This nomination is a recognition of our long-term commitment to sustainability and innovation in the regeneration of office spaces.

Being shortlisted alongside iconic international projects confirms that our approach to transforming existing buildings into ESG performance benchmarks is both relevant and impactful.
